Process involved in Commercial Construction
Planning/Budget/Schedule
After deciding the site for construction, our experienced team of engineers & architects visit the site to design the building plan. After designing the plan, financial analysis is done in which report of detailed cost (which includes material, construction, labor & miscellaneous cost) is generated. This gives us the estimated cost of the project. Once estimate is ready & approved, the project is handed over to known contractors who agree on the terms of contract (like completion period and necessary guidelines, exclusions to remove claims.
Permits
Prior to beginning a building construction, the proprietor must ensure that he has vital permits taken to begin the construction. Permits, safety, grants, and insurance protection are acquired from various sources in urban communities and states. We at Capital Construction Services check in detail for all the required permits and insurance to avoid project delay.
Preparation of Construction Site
Actual construction starts here. To prepare the site for construction, necessary evacuations, filling & leveling is carried out. Arrangements for power, water, and sanitation lines & temporary storage for material & machines is done. Inspections by government officials are performed at different stages on structural, building, plumbing, underground, HVAC, electrical/waterworks, etc.
Foundation Construction
After completion of the preparation of the construction site, the foundation is laid. First of all, soil type and the water table is checked for bearing capacity. Then the type of foundation is selected (shallow for low-rise & pile foundation for high-rise buildings). Periodically, the third-party engineer in charge checks the reinforcement work performed by the contractor.
Construction
Once the foundation is laid, the construction begins. In normal conditions, a skeleton structure is constructed which is later finished with masonry walls, windows, doors, etc. according to the building plan.

Warranty Period
Once the building is handed over to the owner, a warranty period of one-year is specified. Any defects in the constructed building are repaired within the warranty period. The warranty for appliances is covered by appliance manufacturers and suppliers.
